When we first bought our home 9 years ago, our realtor recommended using Hutch Insurance Agency to set up our home insurance. We trusted our realtor and started working with Mark. This was the best decision we could have ever made! A few weeks into owning our new home, our insurance company cancelled our home owner's insurance. The reason? Because our pool had a slide and a diving board (the beauty of purchasing a house built in the 90's!) Insurance wouldn't cover it. Mark put on his boxing gloves and went into the insurance ring for us without us even having to worry for a seconds. He did ALL of the hard work for us. He fought with every insurance company and found a solution. He found one to insure our home. We also live in a flood zone so he made sure we were properly insured and we would have had no idea how to handle that! From that moment on, I knew we had found a gem and we have never parted ways with Mark since!

We have home owner's insurance and auto insurance managed through Hutch Insurance Agency. I never have to worry about either. I don't have to worry about the rates, the renewals, absolutely nothing. I will get detailed emails from Mark explaining the rates and how he's finding us a better solution for a better price point. Next thing I know, we have a better price for our insurance. I wish I could have someone like Mark be my agent for everything in life!

You will NOT find a better Insurance company and person with Mark. I have used him for over 10 years now! When I first started using him, it was just for my personal insurance but I started a business over 3 years ago. So, I have added a lot of different coverages and he is ALWAYS there for me to help. I don't know why I didn't write a review sooner because I have been a client of Mark's for 8 years.

If you want expertise you want to use Hutch Insurance Agency. Mark and his team have amazing service, practically work 24/7 and always find me the best deals. Most recently, I received an intimidating letter from the city suggesting I get pipe service coverage (in the event our water lines break). I reached out to Mark to see what kind of options he had instead of paying the expensive fees the city partnership company offered.

Mark responded almost immediately and told me pipe service was already covered in the home owners insurance package he curated when we bought our home months ago.

He and his team always have your best interests in mind and I will be a customer for as long as they are in business.
